Grama's fudge.

4 1/2 cups regular sugar
1 13 oz. can of evaporated milk
2 sticks butter

In a large pan, bring to rolling boil, then turn down to Med.

Add 3 bags of milk choco. chips
1 tables. vanilla
1 8oz jar of marshmellow cream

Adding nuts is optional. I do half and half.

Cook 10 minutes. Stir well. Thats the ticket, stir stir stir!
Pour into a flat baking sheet and let cool and set (timing depends)
You may put the pan in the fridge to help this process along.

what kind of baking sheet do you pour it into? 9x13 or cookie sheet?
