Bad news...

My Camera...

My Lifeline....

In the toilet...

At the Boardwalk..

Tears & Words only a sailor would use...

Lots and lots of tears...

Therefore, No pic's or posts for awhile.

And yes, I'm sad too.

The End!

Bay learns to cruise...

Bay has asked(begged rather) to have her training wheels removed for months now. So while down in paso, visiting the great grandparents, Sam did the honors. She was quite proud of herself. So was I. Check her out...

Flippin Out!

Sam takes it all to another level with these girls. We have a rowdy bunch but they are so much fun. SO are their machine gun laughs. They get it from their mama, thank you very much.

Bay Turns 5, No way!

Baylie-Shaye's Rainbow Sparkle 5th Birthday Bash

Rainbow Sparkle Extravaganza! Oh so Bay Shaye's Style!

Easy peasy decor, complete with pictures 0-5 of Bay Shaye!
This is the cake we ended up buying because I couldn't get it together with my homemade rainbow cake, God Bless Costco for coming in clutch!
I cry everytime I look at this picture. My.baby.blowing.out.her.5th.birthday.candles.uggg.

It's in their blood..

I would like to say they get their musical talents from me but that would be an out right lie! Well, maybe not, if you were there for my rendition of the Birthday song, then you might, just by chance, think otherwise. At least my family enjoys my voice. I can make Sam bust up laughing in 3 seconds if I bust out a tune. It's amazing! Well, the girls here have memorized their Auntie's song she wrote and decided to preform it for us a couple nights ago. So happy I pressed record.
Enjoy!

These Girls...

Are so very precious to me.
They drive me insane and melt me with their smiles,
All in the same breathe.
They truly are indescribable.
So very different from eachother.
The perfect storm, these two.
Quiet and calm and tornado-like.
You guess who is who.Ha!
They bring me to my knees,
In laughter and prayer.
Seriously.
And they both will leave my sweet little nest
in the fall.
To start another adventure
together.
School.
What?
I know,
right?
I am NOT ready.
So don't you dare ask.
But until then,
THEY are ALL mine for now.
And I'll keep em.
Thank you very much.

Dance Camp

Princess Tea Dance/Craft Camp was a hit this year at All The Right Steps! My little campers/dancers were precious. And made our time together hilarious and special. Never a dull moment. And I was lucky enough to have my Bay Shaye with me too. She is a great sidekick! We danced and crafted our little hearts out. Check out their fun dance they all learned by the end of the week. I was a proud mama/teacher!

Gooooooooo Giants!

Surprising Sam for a belated 30th birthday and early Father's day was awesome! With a little help from an amazing family we know (The Bruno's). We made it to At&T Park on Friday night and brought the girls to see their very 1st Giants game. It rocked and ended in fireworks over the park. And of course, to the tune of Katie Perry's Firework Song. And yes, us girls sang almost every word. Ah Yeeess! I'd say it was a pretty awesome night all around. No complaints!

Read to me..

Caught this sweet little moment between the girls at Papa Luke's the other night. Carys was on a roll, reading to Bay. She started with Goodnight Moon, my favorite. This is the best spot in the house.

Easter 2011

Phillips Girls Easter Sunday 2011

It's crazy how fast this year is going. Scary really! I find myself looking back a lot lately and watching old movies of the girls and literally crying. My babies WILL always be my babies, don't get me wrong but HOLY COW, when did they turn into little girls? Like 5 and almost 8 year old little girls? Redunkulous! This must stop. Immediately. Easter flew by, now we are out of school for the summer and thank goodness I can ease my way into another faze of my motherhood. Because I'm going to need this ENTIRE summer loving on these little ones before fulltime school for both SMACKS me in the face come August. I'm crying right now at the thought of it all. I gotta go...

Softball Season Wrap up 2011

We thought it would be cute to carry on the tradition of daddy's baseball number and have the girls rock a 1 & 6, which makes, 16! Sam's old baseball number. Love it! Oh how I love these 2 more and more.....

Team Seaside Sparkles was Amazing this year. The coach was easy on the eyes too,if I do say so myself.Heehee! Both girls were on the same team and all the girls & parents rocked. What a great bunch of girls. This is Carys 2nd year and Bay's 1st. Funtimes. Watch for yourself. I'm a proud mama.

Bay's Graduation

My sweet baby graduated last week. Ugggg, when will it stop? The growing up, it's nonsense. Her teachers will be missed, more than they know. Her sweet friends. So very thankful for this amazing start to her kindergarden year this coming August. And this song they sing at the end, just kills me every time. Enjoy!

This is the TRUE STORY...

Or rather...True Picture of my peep, Bay Shaye!
I thought about putting up all the pretty pictures I took,
after the bribe I offered, to turn this pouty frown upside down.
But this was her,one her graduation night.
True Story, grumpy, pouty face and all.
But....
I figured,
eyyyyyyyyy....
Why front?
Enjoy!

I forgot how to blog...

No... I'm not pregnant. I know that can be an assumption when someone falls into the blog abyss.
Just totally haven't had anytime to sit...in front of my lovely MAC
And blog about my crazy, beautiful life.
I have been living it up...
From the girls softball,
to Bay's ballet recital,
I'm finally catching my breathe now.
Like right now, this very moment. Ha! Seriously.
Life has been good.
Very Good.
And full.
I'll be back soon.
I hope.
Until then...

Days Like This

I need a good reminder of just how lucky and blessed I am to be a part of growing these little bugs. Oh we have our moments, don't get me wrong. But most days, our moments are giggle filled. I do have one wish...that they stop growing up so fast immediately.
