This would be our latest purchase, well kind of. Sam and I spotted this gem in Carmel valley months ago and had high hopes and long shots of even getting our hands on it. It was bank owned but we went for it and low and behold, God allowed us to seal the deal. We closed last week and we still might be in shock. Theres no big and fast plans to make a quick move out there, we are still weighing all our options with the future of this endeavor. But she's a beauty don't you think? needs a lot of TLC but we have a vision and it's beautiful. One whole acre on the CV river literally and lots of freedoms for our girls but for now, we dream and wait to see what our next move is. for now we wanted to share this BIG DEAL, well, to us at least! With all of you!
