4th of July 2009

The 4th this year was jam packed Family Fun. Sam and Carys woke up super early to pass out coffee/donuts to passersby at the parade downtown. My dad, Bay and I went down a little later to join them to catch the parade. And then we headed over to the 'Tea Party' across from El Estero. Joined in on some great dialogue about just what the HECK our government is doing right now to screw us, sorry, it's true. No offense to the MJ fans out there for not reporting the latest and greatest about his death and all but geeze, gimme a break people! Cap and Trade bill should rock your world more than MJ's funeral arrangements but hey, the media has an agenda and they will give us what they want. Ok enough tirade. Had a blast. Wrapped up our evening with the Lasko's. Burgers and angel food cake! Yum! It was very memorable!
