On Accident?

I'm wondering what part of this drawing could have possibly been 'on accident'...ummmmm was it now, the curly cues that were so neatly drawn on 'her' self portrait or was the bow the accidental mark that tipped my artist off that this problay should have been written down on paper instead of the door in the kitchen?Ummm I wonder...
