Birthday Surprises!

Saturday was my birthday. Funtimes! I woke up to breakfast in bed from Sam and Carys. Carys was so pumped all day. Usually I am the one who gives everyone the week countdown but she had enough excitement for all of us for today. Then her and I hung for a bit while Sam went and fixed my windshield wiper that broke last week. She painted me (2) pictures.(post to follow) of her beloved Arizona which she missed more than any of you could possibly imagine, trust me! lol Then we all went out, had a Starbucks run and we were of to Cost Plus. Where we picked up a new seat for my crafting room and a couple curtains/curtain rods for the room as well. Finishing touches and all. Then we jetted back for an 'adult dinner' @ Sardine factory. Best ever! I indulged for the 1st time in my life on file mi non(s/p) and lobster while Sam opted for seared Ahi. Both excellent. Had a bit of wine and dessert compliments of our waiter to honor my bday, he said 'Word got out about today being your birthday, Everyone Knows!' Scary! Then we headed home to be with the girls and have even more cake. Sam picked it up earlier that day.(pictured above). Delicious! Thank you Sam for making my day very special. Carys and Bay, thank you for loving me. And Christine for coming in the clutch to watch the girls! muaah! Let's see what 28 brings me this year...... I wonder.......
